ADELANTE con DISH HISPANIC/LATINX ERG IS THE PROUD RECIPIENT OF THE PROSPANICA BRILLANTE AWARD FOR LATINO ERG EXCELLENCE.

The Brillante annual awards recognize the outstanding individuals, non-profits, educational institutions and companies whose endeavors coincide with the Prospanica mission and directly benefit the advancement and recognition of Hispanics across the nation.

The Brillante Award for Latino ERG Excellence recognizes an ERG/BRG that has a proven impact on its members, the business growth of its company, and the external Latino community. We believe that these groups lead from the cutting edge of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

“Helping All at All Opportunities” is ADELANTE’s Value. Helping others improves social interaction, distracts people from their own problems, and improves self-esteem and competence. If ADELANTE can help as many people everywhere regardless of where they come from, great human beings will come from anywhere.

ADELANTE con DISH HISPANIC/LATINX ERG will be honored at the 2022 Prospanica Brillante Awards, sponsored by Lexus and MCed by comedian Erik Rivera. Aarón Sánchez, award-winning chef, TV personality, cookbook author and philanthropist, will serve as the Keynote Speaker in New Orleans on Thursday, November 3rd.

This year’s Brillante Award recipients include University of Miami Herbert Business School (Educational Excellence), Wendy Catalina Ogando (Entrepreneurial Excellence), Neiman Marcus Group (Corporate Excellence), Candelario Cervantez (Member Excellence), Jesse Trevino (Community Service Excellence), ADELANTE con DISH Hispanic/ Latinx ERG (Latino ERG Excellence).
